Spoštovani študenti,
obveščamo vas, da program Erasmus+ na VŠGI omogoča tudi
udeležbo na kratkih intenzivnih programih (t. i. BIP –
Blended Intensive Programmes). Ti programi trajajo od 5 do
30 dni (najpogosteje približno 5 dni) in vključujejo tudi
virtualno komponento (pred ali po fizični mobilnosti). V
primeru udeležbe prejmete:
- dnevno dotacijo (pavšalni znesek za kritje stroškov
nastanitve in prehrane),
- pavšalni znesek za potne stroške.
Višina teh sredstev se razlikuje glede na državo
gostiteljico, zato vas v primeru dodatnih vprašanj vabimo,
da nas kontaktirate.
V nadaljevanju vam posredujemo nekaj aktualnih in
zanimivih kratkih intenzivnih programov:
1. European Research University (Češka, Ostrava)
Program: Become a Leader of Future: AI and Ethics
Začetek: 8. junij 2026
Rok za nominacijo: 17. april 2026
Summary:
Join the 2026 Artificial Intelligence Summer School,
where you will immerse yourself in the fascinating world
of modern technology and ethics. Over two weeks of
intensive study, you will gain deep knowledge of
artificial intelligence and explore the ethical issues
associated with AI. The course will be led by experienced
instructors and experts who will share their insights and
help you develop your skills.
The first week will take place online, focusing on
theoretical foundations and introducing you to the latest
trends in AI and ethics. You will have the opportunity to
work on your own project that integrates artificial
intelligence with ethical considerations. During the
second week of on-site learning at our university, you
will further develop this project under the guidance of
our mentors.
In addition to the educational program, we have prepared a
unique experience for you in the city of Ostrava, known
for its rich industrial history and dynamic cultural
scene. You will visit iconic places where history meets
modern architecture and technology. This excursion will
not only offer you a break from studies but also provide
inspiration for your projects. Be inspired by an
environment full of innovation and creativity, make
international connections, and prepare for the future in
the world of artificial intelligence. This summer school
is an ideal opportunity for those who want to take their
knowledge to the next level and become leaders in
technological advancement and ethical AI implementation.
2. Romanian-American University (Romunija, Bukarešta)
Program: ASTRA 2026: Applied Science & Tech for
Real-World Apps
Začetek: 6. julij 2026
Rok za nominacijo fakulteti: 15. junij 2026
Summary:
AI is rapidly moving beyond “assistive” copilots toward
agents that can plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end
work. This BIP offers an intensive, hands-on introduction
to agentic workflows and the emerging design space of
autonomous organisations, combining rigorous MIS thinking
with practical labs and real-world case discussions. This
intensive, hands-on programme introduces the emerging
design space of agentic workflows and autonomous
organisations—systems in which AI agents can plan,
coordinate, and execute complex work across enterprise
tools and teams. You will explore the shift from
“assistive copilots” to workflow-completing agents,
learning how to design agentic systems that are useful in
practice and defensible under real organisational
constraints.
Core Topics Covered
A. Enterprise agentic workflows: From chat interfaces to
agents that complete workflows across enterprise systems,
and what this shift means for MIS, BPM, governance, and
value creation.
B. Agent orchestration: Practical orchestration patterns
and what “agent runtime” design looks like in practice.
C. Standardising tool access for agents: How agents
connect securely to organisational tools and data using
standard connectors, reducing bespoke integration and
improving governance.
D. Observability, evaluation, and audit trails: Tracing
what agents did, building evaluation harnesses, and
designing “agent ops” dashboards for reliability and
accountability.
E. Interdisciplinary talks: Regulation, cyber security
& cybercrime. A reality check on risk, responsibility,
and compliance, plus how organisations can build
guardrails without losing innovation speed.
Our BIP is designed as a combination of conceptual
mini-lectures (MIS + BPM + agent design) where you will
learn how agentic workflows can be framed as
socio-technical systems. Moreover, you will explore how
autonomy, governance, control, accountability, and value
creation are connected. Hands-on labs (practical
build-and-test) will allow you to prototype orchestration
patterns (planning loops, supervisors, multi-agent
coordination), design tool access with standard connectors
and permission models, and implement traces/logs and build
simple evaluation harnesses. Through case discussions, you
will analyse enterprise adoption scenarios: where agents
help, where they fail, and why and discuss automation
trade-offs such as speed vs control, autonomy vs
accountability, innovation vs compliance.
3. Kocaeli University (Turčija)
Program: Digital and Sustainable Innovation for Future
Societies (DSI4FS)
Fizična mobilnost: 2.–6. november 2026
Rok za nominacijo: 15. maj 2026
Summary:
Digital and Sustainable Innovation for Future Societies
(DSI4FS) is an international Erasmus+ Blended Intensive
Programme hosted by Kocaeli University (Türkiye). The
programme brings together students from different academic
backgrounds to explore the role of digital transformation,
artificial intelligence, sustainability, and innovation in
shaping future societies. Participants will engage in
interactive online sessions, collaborative international
teamwork, and an intensive physical mobility week at Kocaeli
University (2–6 November 2026). The programme focuses on
interdisciplinary learning, real-world problem solving, and
the development of innovative solutions addressing global
challenges. Students will work in international teams,
develop project ideas, and present their solutions to an
international academic panel. DSI4FS offers participants the
opportunity to gain international experience,
interdisciplinary knowledge, and practical innovation skills
while building a strong European academic network.
Če vas kateri izmed programov zanima (roki za prijavo se
hitro približujejo), vas prosimo, da nas čim prej
kontaktirate na international@vsgi.si. Pred
vašo nominacijo moramo namreč z izbranimi institucijami
